H I have received a call from somebody saying they are from Microsoft services and that I have errors coming up on my computer.
He demanded I go and switch my computer on immediately. I was a bit wary as I think it
may be a scam
Is is possible for you to check anything for me.
Thank you for your question, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you.
Please note, a rating is only needed when we are finished.
This is a scam and it was good of you to be wary. Its a common trick that is done, they try to get access to your computer and your credit card details to make chargers to it.
At no point will Microsoft ever call you for such a statement. If they ever call again (likely they will) indicate you know they are a scam and this should get you off the list.
If you would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Else if you can take a second to rate my service by clicking one of the stars at the top of the screen then submit, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
