It says Your OS at the top
Customer reply replied 2 years ago.
your os is windows 10
ok, you do have windows 10 installed still it has not gone back to windows 7
You moved the icons to the bottom of the screen, this is what changed, you can drag them to another location if you wish.
But you are still on windows 10
If you have any problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Else if you can take a second to rate my service by clicking one of the stars at the top of the screen then submit, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

All the icons on the bar at the bottom of the screen have disappeared except three and these are not responding
ok, and this happened today?
Customer reply replied 2 years ago.
ok, I want you to do a system restore to undo any damage that has occurred.
Press the windows key + X and click on control panel
Then click on System
then System Protection
Then System Restore.
Follow the steps and perform a restore choosing the last restore point.
Let this complete and tell me if it is now operating correctly.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.
Else Let me know the results please
Thank you
