Customer Question

Since upgrading (free) to Windows 10, I have been plagued by problems, where I could not access any internet sites. All operations were very slow to react to the point that sometimes the targeted site "timed out" .
Currently, all my desktop icons, including my internet supplier site (aol) has disappeared.
I cannot undertake a restore because I cannot access anything that I am familiar with.
I have to say I am not an advanced computer user, nor do I have extensive knowledge of the systems.
