I have just updated to Windows 10. However using my previous

Customer Question

I have just updated to Windows 10. However using my previous Windows 8 program I had an Outlook.com account using a personal pseudo name.
Now I find I cannot revive this Out look account using that name. Instead I just get a new Outlook account under my real name and have lost all correspondence using pseudo name.
How can I contact the original site?
