I am unable to use microsoft outlook since yestrerday- I get a message that microsoft outlook has stopped working. I had thought that this problem was resolved a few weeks ago when i had to pay microsoft support over €100. can you help please?

no point in replying by email - i am not able to receive them. Also i dont feel I should have to pay €60 for this as i already paid over €100 for the same problem a few weeks ago
