I am able to access my computer

Dear Client,

thank you for requesting a remote-assistance, I have accept your offer and will help you to install the printer directly on your PC now. To start the remote connection, please download AnyDesk at: ...start it (double click on the "AnyDesk.exe") and reply to me with the 9-digits number which is displayed in the AnyDesk window. Then I can connect to your computer and you just have to click on "Accept" once you see my incoming connection (AnyDesk will notify you when this happens). If you have problems or questions with the setup of AnyDesk, please just let me know and I would be happy to help you.Thank you very much and best regards, Lorenz Vauck

Please reply here instead to open new questions, we can talk here.

Please just follow my instructions above to get started with the remote-assistance, I do need the 9-digits AnyDesk number that is being shown to you when you start AnyDesk. Thank you very much.

I don't get a 9 digit number at any desk startup

What do you get instead when you open AnyDesk?

Have a look here:

The "black field" in this screenshot, is where your number should be shown and that is the one you need to tell me here in the chat.

ther is just a black field
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
where are youI am fed up with this process already

No worries, we will get you there! First off, have you downloaded AnyDesk as described in my tutorial above? You need to download it here:

Let me know when you have downloaded it to your computer.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
it is downloaded and running

So you see the AnyDesk window now, like in the example Screenshot above?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
There isn't any example screen shot

Sure, I provided it above, but no worries for now, have you started AnyDesk.exe by double-clicking it?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
it's running

Perfect, now let´s have a look, there either is a 9 digits number shown in the AnyDesk window, or a name with a "@ad" at the end. And that is what I need to know from you.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Great! Please accept the incoming connection now, it´s waiting for your confirmation...
