has your account been compromised recently? If you are just sending out a simple test message there should be nothing that should trip the outgoing spam filters... which could mean Microsoft has flagged your account as sending spam. Do you do high volume e-mailing from this account?

Then try sending the test e-mail again and see if it goes through. You should receive the message you sent to yourself without the '533 5.4.0 Your message seems to have triggered our junk email filters.Also, go into your signature settings.... click on the gear icon in the upper right, then options, then on the left side of the screen click email signature under Mail>Layoutmake sure there's nothing wierd in the signature box.
You are trying to do this from the actual outlook.com website correct? Not through an e-mail program?
No, I mean when you try to send the e-mails... are you using a web browser and going to the outlook.com website, or are you using a dedicated e-mail program like outlook or windows mail
