What is your level of experience in computers? (e.g. basic, intermediate, advanced)?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I usually manage to get my laptop working after many hours, one minute it was working, the next it wasn't. tried to do the sfc/scannow without success, the first time it it worked and said it was ok but it was immediate and I don't think it did a scan. Have tried so many things I can't remember them all. I have Kaspersky security and the scans are o.k. I tried "Run* powershell and copying and pasting get-appxpackge-all and all the rest but red writing came up basically saying it couldn't.
I don't know what a malware checker is? I have issues with reg.keys. Current user needs permission to access reg.key HK something:\software\microsoft\windows\current version\DeviceAccess\Global and microsoft windows Cortana needs to be installed correctly. Dont know if updates were installed correctly, I don't usually get success with installing some of them.
