I cannot get my hotmail email back. I have bought a windows 10 tower and a new dongle as my old on was XP I have used the I forgot my password ***** numerous times. Now I am told I cannot try again. I have needed information in my folders.

I filled out this form so many times in the past and Microsoft sent me an email to say do not try again. Also no email appeared.

What was their response exactly?

I had tied to re-cover too many times and my verification was not right. They said I should set up a new email but I have gmail now. I did use different and more email addresses an subject titles.

If they are not able to verify your account then you will need to start a new account. There isn't a way around their security policy.

I have important information that needs to be retrieved. I only bought windows 10 as the XP was playing up. What would happen if I went back to the XP tower. I still have my old dongle.
