I've been working on a file for the past two days and today

I've been working on a file for the past two days and today I accidentally pressed 'don't save' button when closing the file. And now all my two days work has despaired and now in the file I can only see my old work from 15th of March.
Can you help me recover it?

Run the program and it shows you and ID and Password.

Give me the ID and Password ***** please so I can connect

Do not close the program but leave it open else I will not be able to connect

It says 'you can't open application TeamViewerqs.exe because Microsoft Windows applications are not supported on macOS
