I think its windows 10
  1. Go to Search, type services.msc and open Services
  2. Find Print Spooler service
  3. Right-click on it, and go to Restart
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
i just paid by pay pal to have it remotely fixed

I will not be able to do the secure remote at this time. It was not charged because I declined it. I can put it back in the queue for the next expert to do a secure remote at this time?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
That's Ok I'll try and sort it by rooting about Thanks

You can also find the spooler by doing this:

Press Windows Key + R and enter services.msc. Press Enter or click OK.

When Services window opens, locate Print Spooler, right click it and choose resume.

That is the best way to restart the printer spooler.
