Why can't I use Skype? I've spent all morning waiting and clicking and still had no answer to my question!
Assistant: What application are you using?
Customer: I have a PC and just click on the Skype icon on the worktop. I don't know any technology and just want to get on with my work. Please help!
Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No, I have not.
Assistant: Anything else you want the Microsoft Office Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, can't think of anything.

I can't get Skype to work. It only produces the blue background followed by white screen, then blue again.
