I have a continuous 'pop up' saying that there is a problem

I have a continuous 'pop up' saying that there is a problem with Office Database and I should rebuild it. I did this but it still prompted me to rebuild. I contacted Apple support and after clearing the memory, testing various things, I opted for 'rebuild' again , when it was done I restarted my computer but the problem persists. Apple told me to contact Microsoft so I would like your help please.
JA: What apps were you running right before your Apple device crashed?
Customer: All closed except for Safari and my google emails
JA: How much storage do you have left on your device?
Customer: Can you tell me how to find that please /
JA: The Mac Technician will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

  1. Are you using your Mac now? What exactly is the version of your Mac OS?
  2. Are you unable to open and use ANY of your Microsoft Office programs right now because of this problem?

macbook pro 15" I am on it now I can use Word and Excel but the pop up obscures the middle of the screen
