, then click on Open or Run (or save) if prompted.
2. Then press at the same time the two keys Ctrl and J on the keyboard, then the Downloads window should open.
3. Then there, open / run the item called Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client and install it.

I have resolved the email issue via remote support. (BTconnect email 1gb inbox outlook 2007 outlook.office365.com pop smtp.office365.com.)

- Note: In the future, if your email storage is full, you can open the BTconnect Email Backup icon on your computer's desktop screen (or go to the website http://outlook.office365.com ) and sign in your @btconnect.com email address if prompted. Then there, delete your old email messages in Inbox, and also delete old messages in the Sent folder and the Junk folder there.
