hi, I've ben having prbems ewith OUtlook on my macbook pro. have tried installing software update but while it seems to download ok it then doesn't install and also outlook keeps dropping my password ***** msny times i enter it.
JA: Are you logged into your Outlook account on any other devices?
Customer: i also have email on my phoe and ipad but not sure if through outlook.
JA: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?
Customer: password ***** would be through my email host , which is 1 AND 1

Customer: Have also had instances thos week of outlook just 'hanging'
