I was on pc this morn and it was working ok then an error

I was on pc this morn and it was working ok then an error message came up saying that it neefs restarting. They were collecting error info then they would restart comp but that hasn't happened

Customer: What do you mean by application.
JA: The Software Technician will be able to walk you through that. Which software or app can I help with?
Customer: My computer screen is just blue with the error message. The stop code on screen is IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
JA: What have you tried so far with your software?
Customer: I haven't tried anything as i was waiting on them starting computer. Would it be okay if i turn off computer and start it again myself?
