My husband added French as a second language to his settings on his laptop. When that was complete, he could no longer access his laptop. He changed his password ***** advised, but could still not access his laptop.
JA: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your laptop?
Customer: Toshiba not sure which operating system
JA: The Laptop Technician will be able to walk you through that. What have you tried so far with your Toshiba? Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No just added French as an additional language into the settings
