Unable to access Microsoft word I have set up password ***** unable to progress. I want to open new document file
JA: Are you getting any error messages? Have you rearranged your file folders recently?
Customer: I typed in my email address before setting up a password
JA: What does your screen look like when you try to open Word?
Customer: It did not display icon for word consequently I was unable to open it
JA: Anything else you want the Microsoft Office Expert to know before I connect you?

Please disconnect the power cable to the computer then hold the power button in for 60 seconds then release.
