Hi, could you please help with activating Teams
JA: What application are you using?
Customer: Er...each time I select 'business' it says 'problem'
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No but I signed out of Microsoft (as per the instructions) and tried accessing it using an incognito window, but that didn't work either.
JA: Anything else you want the Microsoft Office Expert to know before I connect you?

Your O365 Business Premium subscription should work as any other commercial license does. Have you followed the steps in this video to turn on your tenant (e.g. go to IT Admin Portal > Settings> Services & Add ins> Microsoft Teams>
