I opened a new e-mail address last Friday 6th November & am having problems, you won’t recognise my new e-mail & I can’t send mail!
JA: Which programs (name and version) are you experiencing this issue with?
Customer: outlook.com
JA: What does your screen look like when you try to open the program?
Customer: it keeps asking me to put in my e-mail & password, but it won’t recognise any of the passwords that I use.
JA: Anything else you want the Microsoft Office Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: you-closed my original e-mail account with Hotmail last week, which is why I opened a new account, which worked fine until today.
