JA: What's the brand, model, and Operating System (OS) of your computer?
Customer: although I now have both back I cannot get out of the repair programme and back into windows 10
JA: What have you tried so far with your computer?
Customer: All the fixes that I can find but I still have a blue screen asking me to select an account which I have done the I get the windows logo telling me that there are some diagnostics going on and then a screen with a restart is advanced options
JA: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

How can I when I cannot get out of the recovery window and back to my windows 10. Windows 10 is not the problem it is getting out of the recovery programme to enable to go to windows

You need to use another machine to download the ISO file
