JA: What application are you using?
Customer: Word in ms365 apps
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I have tried to change language from English USA to English UK
JA: Anything else you want the Microsoft Office Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: the red line is not appearing under the misspelt word
