Hello. I have a couple of emails stuch in my Outlook 365 Outbox and the error message says that "Yours server does not support the connection encrytion type you have specified". I hade JustAnswer fix an email problem at the weekend and I wonder if that is related.

  1. Open Outlook click on the File tab and then Account Settings.
  2. Click on the email account, then click on the Change button.
  3. Click more setting.
  4. Select the Advanced tab, in incoming Server, check “This server requires an encryption connection (SSL)” option.
  5. Then select OK, then Next, then Finish.
  6. Now restart Outlook.

  2. Click the Show Profiles button
  3. Double click the profile
  4. Click on the email account, then click on the Change button.
  5. Click more setting.
  6. Select the Advanced tab, in incoming Server, check “This server requires an encryption connection (SSL)” option.
  7. Then select OK, then Next, then Finish.
  8. Now restart Outlook.
