JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Outlook
JA: How do you usually access Outlook? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: With the app on my mobile and tablet
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've deleted lots of emails in case I'd had too many. I can access emails through the search icon, if I know who's sent me one!

1. Select Settings > View all Outlook settings.

2. Select Mail, and then select Rules.

3. Select the rule that you want to delete, and then select Delete.

4. Send a test email to yourself and check if you are receiving the email to your Inbox.
