Hello, i have an issue to log in I have a new job and a new account and need to use Teams on my personal comp,
JA: Just to clarify, what device or product are you trying to access?
Customer: Microsoft Teamd from Apple
JA: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?
Customer: I didn't change my passworword from my previous job it became disabled and now with my new email and password ***** can't log in
JA: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?
Customer: Yes i did
JA: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not i need access to Teams with my new account many thanks

Please uninstall the Teams app and then, reinstall it again and try to login and let me know, what happens?

I did it, from the previous job I had an Interpublic account with teams, and now have a new account it still asking me that Interpublic account even if I was disabled

Clear Microsoft Teams cache for Mac:

a. Quit Microsoft Teams.

b. Delete files in following folders.

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Application Cache/Cache”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/blob_storage”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Cache”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/databases”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/GPUCache”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/IndexedDB”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Local Storage”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/tmp”

c. Restart Microsoft Teams.
