Hello, I can't remember my password ***** access my email a/c.
JA: Which programs (name and version) are you experiencing this issue with?
Customer: I type my email address & asks for my password, when I enter it it tells me it's wrong, but wont reset it.
JA: What does your screen look like when you try to open the program?
