The original question on your system has not yet been answered AAron was going to connect and talk to me but he just waiting and no answer so it is still outstanding.
JA: What application are you using?
Customer: Windows 10 Mail Version 16005.14326.20970.0
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Bbtinternet.com
JA: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I use a desktop machine
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I am stuck becase the mail is coming through to bt.com email but not going to my microsoft mail. It is showing a dominant mail connection of btinternet bu a secondary connection of bt internet 3 (which was the dominant mail about 12 months ago) These do not seem to be working and I was hacked earlier today and bt sorted that but the forwarding is not working and I suspect the server connections may be incorrect.

on the microsoft but i can get them on bt.com e mails this is since the hacking of my e mails earlier today.
