My wife recently died of sporadic CJD and I nursed her through

Customer Question

My wife recently died of sporadic CJD and I nursed her through the earlier stages. She died in July but since mid-June I have been having a prickly feeling in my hands and arms. This often wakes me up at night with a heightened prickliness and goes along with feelings of depression. I understand that these kind of symptoms can indicate the early stages of CJD. This has got me worried although I know you are not supposed to 'catch' this disease.
