Customer Question

I have fasciculations in my legs. I have had 2 EMGs, six months apart. Both came back clear. I am told I have brisk reflexes. Should I be concerned?

I would not be concerned.
Without other symptoms and a normal EMG, this is benign fasiculations.

I would check a magnesium is depleted in our current diet.

If it is less than 2.5 I would supplement.

You should have had a good neuro exam with the EMG which I assume is the case.
