Hi I'm so worried about this I hope somebody can help. I'm 23 weeks pregnant and since last week I have been having wave like feelings every day it happenes a good few times a day when I feel my body especially my legs feel like I have a surge of adrenaline going through them then that's couples with weird speech when I try to talk, it's like I can't get the words out properly. It only last a few seconds then it's fine . It can happen standing up or sitting down.

Hello My name is***** will try my best to help you today.

Can you explain more and in detail about these symptoms?

it just comes in waves, every hour maybe or so. Lying or standing up. I feel kind of weak but feels like a wave of adrenaline and then it's couples with speech delay. I suffer from anxiety already. I see it to do with pregnancy or something different ? I have no pain , was in maternity hospital and they took bloods but all seems to be ok?

They said blood pressure was a little low

Any shortness of breath? Any fever?

Any abdominal pain?

Customer: replied 16 days ago.
Little short of breath but nothing too bad

Have you started feeling baby movements?

Any change in movements?

Customer: replied 16 days ago.
have started feeling movements and no change

This is all normal, as you are gaining weight and baby is gaining as well. You will feel like this. It's absolutely normal, you don't have to be worried about it.

Everything is absolutely normal.

Do you have any other questions?

Customer: replied 16 days ago.
I'm more worried bout the slow down of speech when this happens?

This is secondary to to fluid building up in your tummy and it pressurize your lungs.

I would advise you to relax and do not be worried about it.

you don't think it is something neurological if it's effecting my speech?

Would you kindly rate this consult 5 please, it would be highly appreciated.

No I don't think that it is neurological
