Sorry ,do I need to pay in every question that I do?
Customer: replied 4 days ago.
Because you are not answering any more.

I am sorry --I was away on a call.

It seems that he is still in MS flare.

Hence, he will need steroid therapy.

it is better to consider injection therapy with methylprednisolone 1000 mg daily for 5 days without taper.

This is well tolerated and helps with quick remission.

After that, alternative disease modifying agent like dimethyl fumarate (oral therapy) can be tried to control his disease activity.

Best wishes

His doctor suggest the injection with steroids for 3 days not for 5 .Do you think is better to ask her
for 5 day's injection?

Yes 5 days is the standard treatment with the above dose recommendation.
