Hot flushes are natural when taking alcohol.
Alcohol causes dilatation of vessels and this is what causes the hot flushes.
Hot flushes also happen during hangovers.
However, if you are having more than usual hot flushes, you should see your doctor, conditions like high BP, high thyroid hormones, etc can cause such flushes and need to be checked for.

It is best to show your doctor.
You may be having high BP, high thyroid hormones, etc.
A complete physical checkup would be needed to rule out associated causes.
You may have developed high BP, high thyroid hormones, etc.
In the initial stages of high BP for example, you might not have symptoms throughout the day but only when provoked by something like alcohol. If left untreated you would have symptoms throughout the day.
