I think he needs to have some investigations at this stage

Both for brain and heart like:

  1. Repeat brain scan
  2. ECG or Holter monitoring
  3. Heart scan called Echocardiogram

Customer: replied 18 days ago.
Thank you, ***** ***** explain what holter monitoring is please?
Customer: replied 18 days ago.
Is the medication relevant to his issue this is one of my concerns?
Expert:  Zee J replied 18 days ago.

The Holter monitor is a type of portable electrocardiogram (ECG). It records the electrical activity of the heart continuously over 24 hours or longer while you are away from the doctor's office.

Sorry last question, how may the phenytoin be related?
Expert:  Zee J replied 18 days ago.

Due to its side effects

Expert:  Zee J replied 18 days ago.

Better have investigations first and drug would be last option
