Thank you

What is the question please???

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
she started having difficulty to vocalise the words, she is a bit better but nobody can tell us why she changed from one day to another.
The tomography was done two days after she started to talk like this.
Now she started having anxiety since a week ago, Sometimes she drools when she speaks but she is lucid.
She can walk she can answer your questions etc.
She doesn’t have much energy as well.

So she looks like confused

Expert:  Zee J replied 13 days ago.

I think she started Prazolam 3 days ago

Expert:  Zee J replied 13 days ago.

It could be this medicine effect

Expert:  Zee J replied 13 days ago.

Did she have any blood tests recently???

Do you have the report of the scan done??

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
But I am not concern about the confusion, I am more concerned about the fact that she can’t vocalise the words and the fact that she started to have anxiety before the medication was given to her
Expert:  Zee J replied 13 days ago.

Thanks

Do you have the report of tomography???

400mls is very less then she should be dehydrated

Thanks

Thyroid function is normal

Expert:  Zee J replied 13 days ago.

if she is not drinking well then she needs to be reviewed by doctor for dehydration

Expert:  Zee J replied 13 days ago.

if needed and she is dehydrated then she would need fluid through veins

Expert:  Zee J replied 13 days ago.

and she might need assessment by nutritionist also

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
Ok thank you
Customer: replied 13 days ago.
What about the change in the way she is talking
Expert:  Zee J replied 13 days ago.

It could be related to dehydration which is most common cause of confusion in elderly

Expert:  Zee J replied 13 days ago.
