have a pain that starts about 110am and stops about 5pm it feels like too ache but touching the tooth does not increase it.it travels up to my ey and side of face nose and teeth.I HAVE HAD IT FOR THREE DAYS NOW .No pain over night

What I was leading onto say was this is likely a sinus pain. Therefore as it is inflammatory, ibuprofen is likely to be much more effective than paracetamol.

Also a decongestant spray from the pharmacy is likely to relieve your symptoms.
