Hopefully I can help..

Firstly you would need to ensure that there are shims in place and haven't been left off or misplaced during a last brake pads change..thats one possible cause you would need to investigate aswell as the pads condition itself incase one has broken or fractured.becoming loose etc..aswell as that the security of the caliper itself and too any obvious issues in regards XXXXX XXXXX brake disc surface especially in particular the inner braking surface face of the disc for an excess pitting/or obvious faults aswell as the visable side of the disc face and edges etc...yes a small amount of brake grease on the top and bottom pad carrier area aswell as on the non braking side of the pads itself should help..but as above maybe ensure the shims are present and haven't been misplaced as suggested above..i have an image below of the shims..I do hope this helps...If you need to ask anything else or included anything further then just continue..
