2005 Nissan Micra. Timing issues.

Customer Question

I have an 05 nissan micra. Modus said it needed crank position sensor and cam position sensor. Replaced both and ran fine for a day. Then wouldnt start and recovery service again said it was cam position sensor. Replaced again but still no joy. Have now had the timing chain replaced but still wont start. Could it be something to do with the vvt?

We are no longer getting any codes. The car is running but very rough and very little power. Could it be worn cam sprockets?

When you stamp on throttle pedal there is quite a delay and then its very slow to rev up.
