Nissan note noise seems to come from suspension have had it checked but nothing apparent sound like springs are rattling i have read there is a fix for this.

There has been many things regarding the note model with rattle and one mainly was the antiroll bar assembly/links that cause a similar noise..another fairly unknown but quite common and you dont say whether its been checked is the sub frame mounting bracket its attached to the subframe and the other end to the main body/frame of the car the bolts need to be checked on that...

i think its the sub frame but dont know where to look had it on the ramp but can see does the belly pan need to come off


You should actually be able to see them via the wheel arch..they sit just to the left of the front most bushing for the lower control arm..ive included a picture below of both..
