Ask a Gynaecologist and Get Answers to Your OB/GYN Questions ASAP
This could be due to a few things
You could have a thyroid condition - and this should be checked with a TSH thyroid blood test - and if this is abnormal - usually medication such as Levothyroxine will help.
You might also have issues with possible anxiety or panic attacks - and that should be evaluated too - as this too can be treated.
In addition, I would get your blood pressure checked - blood pressure problems can cause irregular periods as well as your other symptoms.
And, then you should also get checked for ovarian cysts and/or PCOS - Polycystic ovarian syndrome - as this can be a possible cause of your problems too.
I hope this helps

No you do not need to worry
Not having a period is okay
Yes and that is why you should get checked for what I described above
More than likely this is one of those things that I have suggested
so this is probably going to be PCOS, a thyroid condition, anxiety/ stress, blood pressure issues - it is not really going to be anything else.
I wish you well
