I'm 34 years old. I had a miscarriage in June of this year.

Customer Question

I'm 34 years old. I had a miscarriage in June of this year. It was my first pregnancy. I had stopped spotting at 6 weeks and EPU discovered 2 weeks later it wasn't developing. I had medically managed miscarriage a week later. They also discovered that I have uterine dydelphys but assured me that was nothing to do with the miscarriage. My periods came back exactly 8 weeks later and we've been trying to conceive ever since. My concern is that until my miscarriage I always had tender breasts coming up to my period but since my miscarriage I haven't had that at all. I'm worried that maybe there's a hormonal imbalance stopping me getting pregnant again, possibly progesterone. However my periods are very regular - 28 days. I've also been using ovulation sticks and it shows I'm ovulating

If you are getting a positive opt test and having regular cycles then you are ovulating. Tender breasts is not a reliable sign. Women with uterine didelphys have a higher miscarriage rate. About 45 %. at age 34 the overall miscarriage rate with a normal uterus is 30%. Unfortunately infertility is also common with uterine abnormalities.
