Customer Question

Hi, since turning 40, 4 yrs ago I have been diagnosed with migraines. I was advised at the time this was due to hormonal imbalance. At the moment I have been off my work for 6 weeks, I am constantly fatigued/ exhausted. Breast pain has returned with vaginal dryness/ itch. Acne on jaw line & chin. Facial hair, itchy skin, digestive problems, low sex drive & very emmotional. Palpitations randomly at night

you should see an endocrinology doctor

to get blood testing of your estrodiol and FSH and LH hormones

also blood androgen levels to check for polycystic ovarian syndrome

and blood test to check your thyroid hormone levels.

have you had these checked?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
My thyroid has came back fine, white blood cells were high & Crp for inflammation. Have been advised they’re ok now. Being sent for further test on heart. ECG is ok & blood pressure came back within normal range. Thanks

I see.

you may need to improve your diet, eat more protein, fruits and vegetables and cut out sugar, carbohydrates, white flour, pasta, breads which are more inflammatory.

you should ask your doctor to check your androgen levels to check for polycystic ovarian syndrome

and also your estrogen levels.
