Sorry for the symptoms. Please go for veg bland diet with no meat and only yogurt from dairy. Fruit pulp and juices may be consumed frequently. If there is swelling over feet, pl restrict salt also.
May take mild purgative like lectulose daily. Restricting calories (more salads, leafy vegs) may help reduce tummy size gradually. Also do ab exercises by raising both legs, feet 8-10 times while lying supine, 2-3 times in a day. Walk to your limits, morning and evening.
