I keep getting milia in between the external and internal

Hi there, I keep getting milia in between the external and internal labia. I get them literally weekly regardless of me shaving or not, to get rid of them is very difficult and when i manage they truly are milia. What can I do to avoid them and eliminate the existing ones easily/For good?

Hi Doctor, it has been a few years now. I dont have any medical condition. I only use emollient ointment to wash the area since i am probe to BV. Thank you
