Hi there,
I am an experienced Medical Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

Your hormones are not in balance.

Excessive androgen level will disrupt estrogen peak and there will not be any ovulation.

That causes progesterone deficiency.

Thyroid hormone deficiency also should be checked.

These causes should be checked and ruled out.

Combination oral contraceptive pill containing ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel will help to regulate cycle.

Polycystic Ovarian syndrome is also treated with non hormonal options like Metformin which helps you to lose weight and lower insulin resistance, thereby improving hormone balance.

Best wishes,
Please reply back if you need any further clarification.
It was my pleasure to help you today.

I've been taking oral contraceptive pills which I stopped in May. Me and my partner want to have kids , that's the reason I've stopped taking them.

Ok then it is hard to get pregnant without a regular cycle --ovulation may not be occurring normally.
