Respected customer, without further information I can give you a general answer.
You are most likely in menopause.
The menopause is a natural part of ageing that usually occurs between 45 and 55 years of age.
If the menopause occurs before 40 it is called premature menopause, and if it occurs before 45 it is called early menopause.
You are little ealry but still within normal range. The best thing would be to make an appointment with your physician and get your blood tests for your hormones done to make sure it is menopause. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, the doctor can prescribe you medications if you are having any symptoms of menopause like:
Hot flushes – short, sudden feelings of heat, usually in the face, neck and chest, which can make your skin red and sweaty
Night sweats – hot flushes that occur at night
Difficulty sleeping – this may make you feel tired and irritable during the day
a reduced sex drive (libido)
Problems with memory and concentration
Vaginal dryness and pain, itching or discomfort during sex
Headaches
Mood changes, such as low mood .
I hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any questions.
I would be glad to help you further.
Thanks a lot for visiting Justanswer:)
