I'm beyond confused about exercise when pregnant. People tell me I can't lift heavy things, other websites say don't over exert yourself. Other websites say I can lift things but don't increase the weights. Other websites say don't do anything you weren't doing prior to pregnancy. I haven't exercised in two weeks now and I feel myself getting unfit. However don't want to exercise and miscarry

So you're 5 weeks pregnant

You dont need to vary your exercise that much until you get to second trimester

Even athletes still run in the olympics when pregnant
