I have slight pain in my lower abdomen, slightly cloudy

Customer Question

Hi, I have slight pain in my lower abdomen, slightly cloudy urine and a bit of a sore vagina (on the opening of my vagina), it is also a bit itchy but only a bit and only sometimes, I have tested for yeast infection, BV and a UTI and they have all come up negative, I plan to test for std’s but I am wondering if it could be something else or if it’s nothing to worry about
JA: How long have you been dealing with this? Does anything in particular seem to make the itch better or worse?
Customer: Just under a week but only properly noticed the symptoms 3 days ago
JA: Is there anything else the Doctor should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
Customer: Nope

What did your urine culture and vaginal swab show?

Customer: replied 11 days ago.
Just as a note, I have no irregular discharge

You would need the following for ascertainment of the cause;

1) An ultrasound of the lower abdomen.

2) Urine culture

3) Vaginal swab

4) STD screening as you mentioned.

By your symptoms and description, a concrete diagnosis cannot be made and only investigations would help.

Meanwhile, the following would be advised;

1) Drinking plenty of fluids and water

2) Cranberry extract capsule.

3) Avoiding alcohol drinks and caffeine drinks

4) Betadine vaginal suppository for 6 days.

5) Take Rephresh probiotic

I wish your symptoms resolve soon.

I would be happy to assist you further if you need any more information.
