Respected Customer,

Thanks for all these additional details.

I am sorry to hear about your problem and I know how worrisome this situation can be for you but hopefully, we can resolve this.

It sounds to be Vaginitis.

It can be related to irritation of the skin from many sources, such as clothes rubbing against the skin.

This would cause a burning sensation.

It is most likely non-infectious vaginitis.

It can come from irritation from vaginal sprays, use of douches, or spermicidal products.

The use of perfumed soaps, lotions, sexual lubricants, detergents, and fabric softeners could have caused it.

It can also come from a decrease in estrogen levels.

You can follow the below measures-

You can do a cool water sitz bath with a betadine solution twice a day for 5-10 minutes.

Sitz bath means-

Here you need to Fill a clean bathtub with 3 to 4 inches of water.

And add betadine solution 5-10 ml to water.

Then Gently lower yourself down into the bathtub and sit on the bottom of the tub.

You can sit in the same position for 10 minutes, and repeat it twice a day.

And afterward, apply OTC 1% hydrocortisone cream twice a day on the affected part, It can be applied to the vulva but not in the vagina.

You can use OTC Abzorb powder if there is an excess of sweating.
And keep the area dry and clean. Wear loose-fitting cotton clothes to prevent friction.
Take OTC Ibuprofen twice a day.

You need to take Claritin once a day for 7 days.
You can start with RepHresh Pro-B probiotic supplement that balances yeast and bacteria to maintain feminine health with just one capsule per day.

Eat a nutritious diet.

Avoid douching, unprotected sex, sex toys used for a while.

You can also use the following tips-

· Keep your genital area clean and dry. Use plain, unscented soap.

· Avoid colored or perfumed toilet tissue and a bubble bath.

·Wear cotton panties. Avoid panties made from synthetic materials.

· Change out of wet clothing, especially wet bathing suits or exercise clothing, as soon as possible.

· Avoid feminine hygiene sprays and douches.

· Try to eat yogurt with live cultures

· Cleanse by wiping or washing from front to back (vagina to anus) after urinating or having a bowel movement.

These measures would help you.

Hope I have been able to clarify the situation for you and helped in resolving your query.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if you want to discuss this further.

Get well soon!

Respected Customer,

I fully understand your concern and I feel sorry that you are facing this issue.

Please use OTC 1% hydrocortisone cream twice a day on the affected part, It can be applied to the vulva but not in the vagina.

This would help to give you relief.

Also, start with RepHresh Pro-B probiotic supplement that balances yeast and bacteria to maintain feminine health with just one capsule per day for one week.

-Use warm water only to clean the outside of your vagina. You do not need to use soap for cleaning the vagina.

-Have showers instead of baths.

-Take at least 1 bowl of yogurt every day, this will also help.

Wear loose-fitting cotton panties rather than undies made of nylon or another fabric.

You can try K-Y liquibeads vaginal moisturizer.

Along with this, you can use Replens moisturizer.

Keep yourself hydrated and take a healthy and well-balanced diet.

For stress-related issues, please follow the below tips-

-Please avoid caffeine, alcohol.

-Please get engaged in aerobic exercise and stress-management techniques like deep breathing and yoga.

-You can laugh more or watch a comedy or read a funny book.

-Connect with friends and family.

-You can go to meditating and yoga, it would quiet your mind.

Please follow suggestions, as we discussed and you would get good results.
