Thank you for the information. I understand your concern.

The possibilities here are -

  1. PCOS...early starting stages

  2. Hypothyroidism.

  3. Hormonal imbalance.

  4. Endometriosis

  5. Pelvic inflammatory disease and this would need antibiotics.

I suggest -

1. Pelvic examination.

2. Ultrasound of the pelvis.

3. Hormonal assessment of Estrogen Progesterone, Testosterone, Prolactin, 17-OHP.

This is usually managed by - Combination oral contraceptive pill.

4.Thyroid profile testing.

Currently for the pain - the best drug would be -

Tablet Ibuprofen 200mg three times a day after food and if not working in 48 hours - increase it to 400mg three times a day.

May I suggest you discuss these possibilities with your primary care physician and get yourself appropriately evaluated and managed please.

I sincerely ***** ***** I have helped you today!
