Hi, I am experiencing blood outside my period occasionally for quite a while. I have had a negative cervical screening in Dec 2020 but no full gynaecologist screening since 2018. Usually blood is around the middle of the cycle. Could it be sign of cancer? I have no other symptoms.

I've recently been told that I might be close to being pre-diabetic, that was quite unexpected as I have normal weight towards the thin side and I have a really good diet

Ok. I would suggest to please book a scan as this has been going on for a while...causes can include polyps, endometriosis,  hormonal imbalance, fibroids and malignancy obviously needs to be ruled out...
